For what we were in the market for, this fridge was perfect. Had more bells and whistles than we needed, but it seems that's the trend. Installation went fairly smoothly through Geeksquad (any issues weren't their fault...but all was perfect when they left).

This refrigerator was a great purchase! I thought the price was reasonable and the 28 cubic space of the refrigerator is four cubic feet than my old one. Installation and set up was quick and professional.

Works great very happy with the buy. Not to happy with the delivery services but over all happy with the fridge.

The fridge came in a timely manner. The delivery and installation was very good. The only problem was the handles werent even. Otherwise we love our new refirgerator!

This is great fridge I had the 3 door lg and of course that failed 2.5 years in so I figured i'd go back to a side by side and i love it...I would suggest buy anything except LG or Samsung from experience those two have been the worst..

Works well and is well built. Only negative is geek squad who scratched my hardwood floors installing it and its an absolute nightmare getting reimbursed for that, so I’d recommend a different place to purchase, but am bery happy with the fridge.

Pros: 1) At least 3 cu ft more than the average refrigerator this size 2) More shelves 3) Price with all the features is very reasonable 4) Love the measured fill feature. Cons: 1) Not really a con but I wish it came with a butter or egg shelf.

Has a lot of room , love the new look in my kitchem.

Works well. iNSTALLATION LESS THA DESIRE. eXPENSIVE TO GET ICEMAKER TO WORK EXTRA. dOOR HANDELS ARE UNEVEN.

Nice looking and large interior...I think it’s a keeper..only issue we had was on delivery it was missing the air filter and the only way to get one was to order it, pay for it and then get reimbursed at the store..

I purchased this refrigerator back in early April of 2019. I also bought the hose hookups and the extended warranty. The refrigerator was delivered and installed. It has been working just fine. However, when the refrigerator was delivered the delivery personnel did not ask me or set down the frig for me to review it externally. Why this is important: today my earbuds slipped out and fell along the side of the refrigerator. I moved the refrigerator slightly to the left so I could use a broom o. The right side to sweep the earbud. It was retrieved successfully, however, as I was getting it, I noticed that the bottoms right corner was damaged/crumpled. This has been this way since it was delivered. And it’s almost 18 months later. I didn’t buy a scratch/dent appliance, but a new one. Currently it is going on 3 hours that I have tried to reach out to Best Buy concerning this and I can’t get to anyone in the right department that can resolve this. This is now the 5th person I am having to explain/talk to concerning this. Really frustrating. **second time trying to post....**

The door is a bit misaligned. Need to find out how to align it. Sometimes there is a louder than normal sound coming from the fridge.

I love this fridge! It's big and easy to rearrange the inside layout! I'm a home baker, I can fit anything I want in it! 4 cakes, 50 cupcakes with boxes! And my food stays fresh!

After a power outage, my 10 year old Samsung started making very loud compressor noises and would drop water on the floor. After researching, I choose this fridge. It was delivered just today. I’m not impressed. The delivery guys damaged the kickboard and the plastic pieces connected to the doors that do NOT come off (so essentially the fridge!!!!) it looks roughed up there now for being brand new, a fridge door bin is missing and it is SOOOOO loud when the compressor kicks on that you’d think there is a problem with this brand new fridge.....and maybe there is a mechanical problem? I chose a domestic product because of learning my lesson with replacement parts with Samsung; however, I’m just not happy with this fridge, especially this disaster of damage and noise after patiently waiting 7 weeks. I called the store and am spending more of my time by going in tomorrow. I’m seriously debating about returning it and having my Samsung brought back in from the garage and just use it until it finally dies. Who wants a damaged, loud fridge?

Love this fridge. Replacing a Samsung that was nothing but headaches. So far this fridge wins in every category. Only small complaint is the ice dispenser is really loud, but I have gotten used to it. Great fridge for the price.

Good looking black stainless. First time French door user. Like the dual ice maker capability. Using drawer not as much of an “ice chest” as a I thought. Still strange getting use to opening two doors to use left side. Left door is loud when it closes on its own.

So far very happy with our purchase. The service, delivery and installation were excellent too.
