    Love the LED lighting. Just as advertised. Like that the water filter is inside and on the top. It makes it so much easier to get at. I can still fit large sheet cake pan inside with no problem.

    Like the water and ice dispenser can insert a large cup in dispenser and not get water and ice everywhere.

    When I purchased the refrigerator I was told it had some scratches and maybe a dent or two. However, I was not told the ice maker was not working.. Even though I bought a three year warranty, you refused to work with me and had to work with Whirlpool. Working with Whirlpool so far has been satisfactory..The refrigerator was unrepairable and must be replaced. I probably will not shop at Best Buy again and neither will any of friends and family, because you chose not to help resolve this problem and made it a Whirlpool and my problem to resolve..

    I’m only giving this one star because the delivery was cancelled 6 times before it finally arrived 6 months later. Very disappointed with customer service. Was hoping for some type of discount for the inconvenience. We have purchased many major appliances from Best Buy but this was a very bad experience.
