    Bought this refrigerator in march and by May was already having problems with the door. Door handle keeps falling off. Have had sercoce folks come to fix it twice now. The last was this past Tuesday (today is Thursday) and the handle is slready out again. Their customer service is terrible! Called to ask about a more permanent solution and was told that this issue doesnt concern the functionality of the fridge so would have to live with it as is. Would give -1 rating if i could!

    When I purchased the refrigerator I was told it had some scratches and maybe a dent or two. However, I was not told the ice maker was not working.. Even though I bought a three year warranty, you refused to work with me and had to work with Whirlpool. Working with Whirlpool so far has been satisfactory..The refrigerator was unrepairable and must be replaced. I probably will not shop at Best Buy again and neither will any of friends and family, because you chose not to help resolve this problem and made it a Whirlpool and my problem to resolve..
