I really like my new Refrigerator and working with Best Buy was so effortless. I tried to go thur a box store and that experience was all full.

It is very good refrigerator. We love it. Whirlpool is a trustworthy name.

We needed to purchase multiple appliances for our new home so we were on a budget. This refrigerator is large, black stainless, and just what we were looking for. Good value and very pretty as well!

It's very large and has lots of glass shelves. Plus plenty of bins for vegetables and luncheon products. I love it very much.

I bought this fridge a year ago when I moved into my house because I had it in my previous house and I loved it. The space in both fridge and freezer is perfect, and I usually have a full freezer/fridge….and there always seem to be more space. However, months after we bought it, we found styrofoam in the ice after dispensing…big red flag..but thought it was a fluke! Happened again twice In 3 months…..but stopped afterwards…didn’t seem to be an issue that required repair esp during COVID…today, a year after buying it…our ice maker stopped making ice….I’ve had so many Whirlpool appliances…in the past 18 years, I’ve never had to replace a fridge because of malfunction, never had ice makers break down….ALAS, everything nowadays is made cheap….but certainly the fridge was not cheap. Whirlpool I am very disappointed..not sure how to proceed….fridge isn’t even in stock anymore…of course this happens right after my 1 year warranty expires…..

Food freezes in refrigerator section on top shelves, so I had to raise temperature from factory setting

Customer service was great especially in this time of year. 2nd fridge as the first one had a problem as freezer was at -23 degrees, but a replacement was sent quickly without issue.

This high capacity fridge meets all the marks. It was highly rated in my research and meets all my needs. I highly recommend, its a great American made product.

The refrigerator works well. Had some trouble with the ice maker, but that has been fixed. Otherwise very happy.

Nice refrigerator does make a bit of noise all the time. Doesn’t show the current temp only desired temp shows up

This is an excellent large refrigerator just what we were looking for. It works great and we have had no problems whatsoever. I strongly recommend this product.

It does its job. However, it vibrates and the ice maker it’s very loud.

I can't review the refrigerator, since after several months of cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Best Buy, I finally canceled, and bought a refrigerator elsewhere. I suspect, once I studied all the details of the order, that it wouldn't have actually fit my space, like the Whirlpool Microwave didn't. Both of those orders were placed with the help of the Best Buy salesman, who was nice but ignorant about how to suggest an appliance that would fit the space I had carefully measured out. I am not allowed to review the purchasing or installation experience here, but if I were, I would give it 0 stars. I will never use Best Buy for appliances again, and will recommend against it to anyone who asks me.

This refrigerator is a standard size that actually is so very large inside.

In the first few months after we purchased this fridge, we were in love. The look of the fridge, the extra space, the water bottle filling feature - they were great! But our fridge always seemed to run too cold. In fact, a can of soda exploded in the first few weeks. Items on the top shelf were continually freezing. So we had a repairman come out. He was at our house no less than 4 times - it may have been more. All of the major parts of the fridge were replaced. Under warranty, of course, because the fridge was not even a year old. But the fridge continued to freeze the items on the top shelf. On the repairman's last visit to our house, his recommendation was that we turn the temperature up. And continue to turn the temperature up until it stopped freezing. "The recommended temps are just suggestions." Really? This doesn't sound like an appropriate solution to me. It sounds like this fridge does a lousy job of keeping the correct temperature. At this point, we had zero help from the repair company or Best Buy. Shortly thereafter, when our fridge was about a year old, our ice maker stopped working. The motor does not seem to work and all of the ice in the bin freezes together. After our experiences with previous repairs (I'm pretty sure the repairman googled "icicles in fridge"), I have given up on repairing this fridge. We now have a beautiful and roomy fridge, but utilize plastic ice trays instead of an ice maker. And consistently have frozen drinks on the top shelf, even after turning the temperature up (within reason). You hope that when purchasing big appliances for $1,500+, you'll be able to keep them for years. This fridge was a complete disappointment. Don't be fooled by her beauty - stay away from this refrigerator!!

It looks big but there’s not enough space on the inside. The drawers on the door break easily. Not worth the money at all. Our fridge has been down since last month. It took Geek Squad almost 3 weeks to have someone come out & take a look at it. Their excuse is that it’s Whirlpool’s fault and Whirlpool products always have many issues. The technician came out & supposedly fixed what was wrong but we noticed our fridge still isn’t getting cold. So now we’re waiting for another person to come out NEXT WEEK. I don’t understand why we’re paying for Geek Squad protection?

A lot of interior space and very functional shelving. Refrigerator looks great and feels like it is built well.

Hard to get doors off to bring into house. Had to take the whole bottom door brace off.

Good fridge- lots of options on the door panel for regular or crushed ice, lights, water temp, pre-set water amounts. Temperature on the inside is nice and stable.
