    Refrigerator looks great and ran great, then two months after delivery stopped cooling. Called Whirlpool scheduled service call, technician came out and had to fill freon. Said this happens often - under charged at factory. However, could be small leak and wouldn’t know for a few months.

    We bought this to replace our old fridge and transitioned from black to stainless, We went with the Whirlpool brand to match our other appliances. The plastic drawers in the freeze are a little cheap. Both are already broke.

    I purchased this appliance in late April. It was delivered the first week of May. Three weeks after delivery the ice maker stopped working. All the liquids in the refrigerator were frozen and the eggs froze and exploded. I called for service and the tech had to order three parts. I haven’t had ice and the liquids are still freezing up. The service tech will be back on 6/10 to install the new parts. I haven’t had a fully functioning refrigerator for over four weeks now. Whirlpool needs to get their act together. I’m not a happy consumer.

    I've never owned a whirlpool refrigerator and won't buy one again. The bins in this refrigerator are cracked and falling apart only a few months after delivery. Also, the refrigerator has been freezing contents and the freezer has condensation in it from a bad door seal, a new door has been ordered. I've never had this many problems with a refrigerator.
