    First the door had a ding in it then the second door was coming and they cancel that then the refrigerator started freezing food so we took off again to have the repairman come and the refrigerator is not repairable refrigerator was supposed to be delivered and they cancel that and reschedule and now we still do not have as of yet a working refrigerator without a ding door

    I would like this frig more if it was quieter. The water intake is louder than any frig. Surprised that whirlpool can’t correct this. Big downfall in a frig I’ll have for prob next 10 years.

    The whirlpool we received was faulty .Best buy immediately replaced with a new one. Was disappointing to receive a faulty fridge on the first place . You loose confidence on the product.

    The guys that delivered the refrigerator told me to flush the water and ice before using but the control panel was defective. Nothing worked on the panel so no water or ice. When I pulled the unit out from the wall to unplug it my laminate floor got scratched really bad. Of course I was told that I couldn't get another one like that for over 2 months. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy and Whirlpool!
