I have tried my product yet. I'm awaiting assistance. I do believe the kit will work once I get someone to help me assemble. The kit feels like plastic but it does matches my refrigerator.

I purchased this kit since the microwave did not fit properly. This kit evened everything out and matched great.

Bought it when I had to replace my microwave. It works well, but it doesn’t sit flush on the cabinet the way the previous version did. It also is plastic vs the previous frame was metal.

Not sure to blame Best Buy or Whirlpool on this. I purchased a new microwave from Best Buy and purchased suggested trim kit. When I went to install it would not fit. I contacted Whirlpool and was told this is wrong trim kit for microwave I purchased. Make sure you double check you have correct trim kit for your needs. Best Buy - please note and change on your website

The front of the trim is stainless steel which is perfect. The sides are black plastic which makes it look cheap. I would not recommend it. The sides of my oven that it sits over is stainless steel. It's a big difference and eye sore.

It’s beautiful and fits microwave good. It looks expensive

We ended it returning this trim kit; it didn't work well with our set; too big. tried the smaller trim kit also, but that was too big as well. gave it 3 stars for average since we didn't use it.
