It has an extra flanhe near base of cooktop that will not fit inside a standard 30" cooktop cutout hole. Make sure to double check specs before purchasing. I wasnt willing to recut my expensive granite to accommodate the non standard size and returned the item for a more expensive unit with the correct size cutout

It's impossible to clean, I can't see the burners to cook because there is zero outline and after the very first use had a permanent mark. Absolute waste of money.

Service guy came out and requested the part but apparently it will take 3+ weeks before they can even request a status as to where the part is. Not impressed at all.

Was not communicated with that the order was going to be delayed and was not going to be received by Thanksgiving. I had to make several calls to Best Buy to find the product. Each department sent me to another department. Still waiting on the item to arrive.
