The whole thing is black, especially the knots, it is hard to see the positions. #2, there are about 14 bare screws protruding out of the bottom, poor design and safety ignorance which cut my wife’s hand while tried to reach for the pots placed underneath. #3, wrong instruction manual is placed indicating the unprofessional manner of the shipping department. It does give me a second thought regarding the brand on my next purchase of refrigerators!

Some burners are better than others, one heats unevenly. My electrician installed without to many issues. Replaced a glass cook top that cracked when a pan fell on it. I have better hooks now.
