Looks and it does work, Last refrigerator dies after 17 years of service. I hope this one does too. I like the look of this refrigerator, but find the drawers to be very flimsy. I will be careful, but not sure if they will last without breaking. The door on the refrigerator seems deeper and the shelves seem to be shorter. I have bumped my head a few times getting tings off the top shelf of the refrigerator. And I notice that I have to extend my reach to put things completely back onto the shelf. The door shelf on the freezer does not hold some items as well. I use to put bags of frozen vegetables on the door of my old freezer. On my new freezer, the bags just fall fright through the opening of the shelf.

Pretty straightforward refrigerator. If you live in an area with frequent power outages like us, you may want to purchase an additional surge protector for your kitchen appliances. Buy one that has a low profile and sits more flush to the wall. This has helped extend the life of our refrigerator.

Do not buy... this was by far the worst refrigerator I have ever gotten. At the normal settings, anything you put in it spoils and at the highest setting everything freezes. Since buying I have had a technician come check it out, and the irony is that after supposedly fixing it, it stills freezes all my food. I’ve had to away so much food with this nonsensical refrigerator. My suggestion to anyone attempting to buy this is - DON’T!! Use that money towards something else.

We bought this fridge as an extra fridge. It is perfect for our needs!

Upon delivery of first refrigerator, installers discovered the holes for door handles had been drilled in wrong place! They immediately cancelled that order and reordered another unit. It has been delivered and I have had no problems. I really like this refrigerator/freezer and would highly recommend it and Best Buy to anybody.

I looked at a few models. After the reviews I settled on this one. I have an older house & a bigger fancier more expensive model wouldn't fit. I appreciate the fact that Best Buy has something that will fit in my house. I also appreciate the free delivery from Best Buy. And the fact that it was delivered so quickly. A competitor said it would take 21/2 weeks to get a fridge.

This refrigerator is great with plenty of room especially the freezer & the price was the best a round.
