I was pleased with the service I received at store.

My review has nothing to do with the operation of the refrigerator. It has to do with best buy! I ordered a refrigerator they put it in the kitchen and said handles are inside and left. See on wrap and remove all the tape and take the handles out of the refrigerator preparing to install them ourselves. They are the wrong handles for our refrigerator. I call best buy and after being on hold several times they say we will order you new handles and it will be 7 to 1p days. After about a week a box arrives, it is one handle and it is white. (Our refrigerator requires 2 handles and it is chrome not white!) I called best buy again and they tell me they are out of handles (which leads me to believe this happens alot, so much for quality control) and they will have to send out another refrigerator. Now I have to empty this refrigerator and store everything. I came today 3 days before Christmas and thank God they sent someone that knew what he was doing. He pulled the handles out of the new refrigerator and put them on mine. This was so much of a hassle you would think they would give money off or offer a free ice maker, but NOTHING!!! Never again Best buy!!!

Fridge was delivered and installed efficiently. Unfortunately the ice maker leaked and caused water to leak into the ice tray and the bottom of the freezer. It was replaced today (ice maker). Hope it works because we like the rest of the fridge fine. Both the initial delivery and replacement crews were professional and personable. The in store personnel were also highly professional and prompt.

I like the glass divider however, it looks like not a strong kind of glass. I suspect it going to break easily.

Item compartments are too small. Tips held is not adjustable to accommodate my needs (tall bottles do not fit in tray.

Basic refrigerator bought as a gift. Recipient likes the simplicity of it. Would have liked a slightly longer cord. Thank You.

The seals around the freezer and refrigerator are poor. Repair man came (under warrante) and redid the seals. Problem still exists. Should have known better when the floor sample in the store looked like it didn't seal right. Salesman said its because its a floor model and was knocked around a bit.

Freezer door constantly opening on its own; have to tape shut.

It serves its purpose to be a second refrigerator but quality is low.

Yes, i's true! this is a good refrigerator. We have lots, many hundreds, of Whirlpool products. We build and operate apartments.

Fridge lasted less than two years and the evaporator coil went out. Being that my last fridge lasted over two decades, needless to say this was a major disappointment. Since the repair would cost more than the unit itself, I'm out shopping yet again!
