When facing a challenge to find a refrigerator that would fit in a limited space in the midst of a supply chain breakdown during the pandemic this emerged as the best candidate. It's attractive, well designed, and is clearly meeting our needs better than the refrigerator it replaced. Really like the pull out bottom freezer, better than door opening or freezer on top. Before had to bend down almost to the ground to see what was in lowest pull out crisper.

The refrigerator has much more space inside than I thought it would given it is smaller than most due to our limited space in kitchen. It is however noisier than I like. The ice maker is great and so far we have all the space in bins we need.

We had a black Whirlpool top refrigerator. Since we were replacing our dishwasher we decided to purchase a new refrigerator with a bottom freezer in stainless steel. We had a small space so this fit in well. There is a noise once in a while and feel it could be the ice maker. Although when hearing it, the bin has been full. It is not an annoying sound to me. The light is wonderful. Very bright. I have plenty of room in the refrigerator. There are two of us but we have another refrigerator in the house if needed. I have not had to use it. I feel the door holds a large amount. The door does swing but I stop it at a certain point where I can look into the refrigerator well and it stays there. Just have to remember to do that. It is great looking at the food instead of bending to find something. The freezer is small and, of course, two drawers so I find that a little difficult. Also now I am bending for the freezer. I would have liked the bins solid but they are wired. So far no problem with that. I do wish the ice bin was smaller as it takes up so much room. For me it is much too large. It makes ice fast so do not see why it couldn't be smaller. It takes up half of the top freezer. I am still arranging the food in the freezer. I do use our other refrigerator to store freezer food. The refrigerator was delivered on time, the delivery people were great. They took my old one away. I have enjoyed working with the in house consultant and my service from Best Buy.

The price was higher than expected. The refrigerator was delivered on time and so far, runs well and is quiet (it's a little over a month since delivery was made). However, the installers didn't lower the lever on the ice-maker (which we elected not to hook up), thus there was a periodic "buzzing" sound. This was corrected by calling Whirlpool Service.

Overall, very happy with the fridge. I think we lost some space in the fridge compartment with the bottom freezer, but it just takes some organization skills. We were limited in how big of a fridge we could purchase because of the space available in our kitchen. The fridge looks really nice. I read the reviews of the loud ice maker noise and I noticed that at first, but its intermittent and I don't find it bothersome. The compartments on the door are nice, deep and hold a lot. The shelves inside seem sturdy. One minor thing: be careful when closing the crisper drawers on the bottom, the little tab that adjusts the humidity level seems like it could break off if you are too rough with closing the drawers. In my experience with Whirlpool from another appliance, the little parts can be costly to replace. I am happy with the purchase.

My new refrigerator was installed in March, 2020 quickly and efficiently by Best Buy. It is replacing a 25 yr. old refrigerator. This new Whirlpool is so quiet. It has kept my food fresher longer. I love the adjustable shelves and bright lighting. I had to deal with restricted space and this model fits perfectly in my kitchen. So far a great success.

Was looking for a very specifically sized fridge to fit a small space in my condo, and this model was one of very few options. However, it definitely does the job! I love the bottom freezer compared to the top freezer fridge I had before, and I feel it lives very spaciously for the size. The fridge arrived with a small dent in the side of the fridge, which was a bit of a con. However, the delivery team was great - respectful, on time, quick, and very friendly. Two cons - I wish the front panel didn't have the screws, or concealed them more seamlessly. They look a bit cheap. The second con is that the fridge feels too mobile...it moves with me when I open the doors or close them. I'm wondering if that will improve once we do a larger grocery haul to replenish our groceries.

Can fit a lot into this fridge. Looks great and much better than top freezer style. Only problem, as others have noted, is that the stainless does not cover the sides but not an issue for me

Love it! Just what I wanted. The doors open & close like they should & not swing all the way out when opening. It also closes the way it should. I had a different refrigerator before this & it wasn't working like it should, this we were able 2 exchange within the time limit.

The opening in my countertop only allowed me to buy this size of refrig. Didn't want the water/ice on the door anyway, just more to go # This refrig. is very good and the lighting inside is very nice.; The freezer of the bottom is a plus because now I don't have to get on my knees to get out my last beer or find my last green pepper. The larger refrig. of the same style was 250dollars cheaper. This turned into a special order oh well it fit and that's all that mattered. Searched out the best price in town and Best Buy matched it and del. it for free. Gave the boys a nice tip cause they didn't damage anything when they carried it inside. Good job on a extremely hot day.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. We needed something only 30 inches wide max to fit in the cutout and I wanted a freezer on the bottom. This was not easy to find and with the delay because if Covid I was beyond excited when I found on Best Buy online and the best part it was delivered in 4 days. I cannot say enough good things about Best Buy their delivery personnel and their customer service. This will be my new go to store to buy appliances.

My old fridge died. It was a Whirlpool. It worked perfectly for about 20+ years, so I decided to go with Whirlpool again. I am very happy with it. I have 2 small complaints. It doesn't come with a butter shelf, but luckily, my old butter shelf fits. Also, the new one said that icemaker was optional. It is not. There is an icemaker, which I didn't want and won't use or hook up. It just takes up freezer space. Other than that, I am happy with my purchace.

Very spacious, quiet, well arranged inside. A little expensive for this style.

I bought this refrigerator because I wanted a bottom freezer on it and because it was energy star rated and also because Whirlpool is a good brand appliance. So far I am thrilled with it! It isn't much bigger than what I had before but still seems to have more room. The comparison information I had for this one and two others were similar but this one did not say it had a couple of features that the others did but when I got it set up and was able to start putting stuff in, these features were actually in it so it was like a bonus for me! I also love that the freezer has a light in it! Love it!

Very quiet and efficient refrigerator the interior lighting is very bright. The unit comes with many shelves (one more than I used) and you can customize it, the one drawback is that the stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant so if you have kids it might be a deal breaker.

Love the bottem freezer. We purchased it in srainless to match our stove, sink and dishwasher. It runs quietly, the ice maker works great, I'm giving it 4 stars, due to the fact that whenever we open the doors the whole refrigerator slides away from the wall. My Husband put shims under the legs for a temporary fix. Otherwise we love it

We love having the freezer drawer on the bottom after decades of having it at the top of the appliance. Roomy, well-organized, a quality appliance from Whirlpool. It was far more expensive than a similar larger appliance, which is confusing and frustrating and the reason I only gave four stars,

Great whirlpool product, size and plenty of room inside. The led lighting when you open the door is awesome.

Love the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom. Makes it so much easier to see what is in the fridge. Everything is in full view and not hidden in the bottom or behind something. Easy to clean. No deep bending or kneeling to clean shelves or retrieve items. So far, no issues with storage space. The freezer drawer glides open easily and is enough space for my needs since I have a separate deep freezer as well. Love this fridge and I am very happy with this purchase.

We are only about 2 weeks into having this fridge but so far we love it. It is beautiful and our first time having the freezer on the bottom. We were a little leery if it really would be roomier but it is. If there was an option to not have the ice maker included if you don't have a water hook up that would be perfect but even so it has plenty of space for our 2 adult 4 dog household. It keeps everything nice and cold and the movable door shelves come in handy for all those random sized condiments and odds and ends. The delivery was a breeze. They were kind, courteous and quick. Removing our old fridge and bringing in the new without any problems. So far we are very pleased.
