All great features except ice bin. People reach in with their hands to grab ice, not a sanitary way to serve. I end up emptying the bin regularly because everyone's hands are in the ice.

We got this when we bought our new house. It looks awesome! We have 3 kids that are constantly in the fridge and it fits all of my bulk shopping with ease.

Everything is fine, except some moisture collect on the door edge inside. Also, you did not refund me $30 for not hauling away my old fridge. It’s already been more than two weeks.

The product was exactly as advertised (purchased online), my only issue was it would have been a better fit if it was available in a 33” width.

Bought an open box version of this and it turned out to be defective. Yes, when plugged in it would turn on and appear to work properly. However, it would not cool, make ice, or dispense water. Driving an hour to end up buying a dud was aggravating. So I called customer service to complain and kindly ask for a coupon code towards an exchange and they denied me. On their website it said that I needed to call their phone number, not the store in order to discuss defects, damages, returns, exchanges, etc., INSTEAD OF THE STORE. But when I did the CSR told me I needed to talk to the store manager in order to negotiate a discount on my next purchase...ugh. I know that open box rules are a little different but still, I feel I've been treated inconsistent with the rules. I feel like my time is being wasted and I am getting the run around. For that I can't get like a measly 10-15% coupon code?! Give me a break...

Love this refrigerator. It just fits in our smaller space. Thanks to our Best Buy employee for helping us find it.

Be careful. I unwittingly thought there was a door ice dispenser but only water. I’ve seen similar ice makers like this one break easily. Otherwise, I like it so far.

This fridge looks nice and keeps things cool. I like the versatility of the shelves. But the freezer is a disaster. The bottom of the freezer underneath the drawer consistently builds up with ice, which then melts and leaks onto the floor. The tech said that maybe the door wasn’t fully closed but it is doing it all the time and the freezer is always closed.

Live in a condo and it was difficult finding a refrigerator that fit without moving cabinets. I love it!!

The only complaint would be the inability to move the shelves around, they're pretty much stuck where they are unless you take them out. The small section that does "slide out" actually slides under and gets in the way, but works in a pinch.

It is smaller than the one i had, but for one person it great.

I love the stainless steel and the way it is divided. I love the ice maker and love the water in door. Very nice for what we could get in our home.

The refrigerator is very nice. It was quite expensive for the size. All un all, its a good buy.
