My wife decided to go old school with the four visible burners. However, we neglected to notice that this model is not self-cleaning, so we updated our order to include that feature.

I had two knobs missing and was told by the technician and customer service on the phone, while he was there that and order was placed for them, and I could also check in store and they said it was sold as is. I very dissatisfied, because they gave me a run around.

He made it unbelievably easy. The men that delivered and set up my cook stove did great too! It was an unexpected great experience.

The repair would be simple except the manufacturer makes the parts so expensive that you have to buy a whole new stove. So sad. They need to pass the "right to repair" law. You shouldn't have to replace an entire stove because one heating element goes out. Needless to say, get the geek squad 5 year warranty on this or any stove.
