Having upper small oven temperature control problem. The manual is not very specific on how to fix or control temperature. We may have to return it if it cannot be remedied soon

It is somewhat difficult to get some of the tough stain/burn marks off the glass top. Both ovens work wonderfully to cook more than one dish. I love to use the “Keep warm” feature a lot when I have bigger gatherings.
