Don't buy Open Box Excellent - only buy new!

That couldn't be further from the truth. It was visually denting badly on one side (dropped more than likely), the install tabs were bent the wrong way and then we couldn't use them and had to make our own way to hand it, and then once installed, the light socket wasn't working. Best Buy online customer service could offer nothing but a refund. Our energy, time, and stress in needing this the day before Thanksgiving meant nothing to them even though they sold us a clearly untested item.

Total Tech is not worth the price

I did not want any black on the hood. It makes it look cheap to me. The photo clearly shows stainless looking buttons. When I received it they were black. I didn't even take it out of the box...it went right back to the store. I was unsure if I would get stainless or black as several online stores have the same model# with different photos. Some show black buttons and some show stainless. Since BB showed stainless I took a chance. In addition, you should be aware when opening the box it appeared to be a white hood. I almost freaked out. I quickly realized the white was a removable sticker that covered all but the buttons to protect the finish.
