I needed this unit to match my kitchen appliances.

This range hood looks a lot better than the previous one I had.

I purchased this range hood on October 18, and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the item was defective and couldn’t be installed properly. Due to ongoing kitchen repairs and being out of town for part of the delivery window, I wasn’t able to address the issue immediately. When I went to return the defective range hood 20 days after delivery, I was informed it was outside the 15-day return window. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that beginning November 1, Best Buy extended its return policy to January 14 for holiday purchases. I was also told by the store manager that my return would only be processed if I purchased a Best Buy membership, which felt unfair. After multiple calls to customer service, I was issued a return label. However, instead of processing the return, the product was shipped back to me with a letter citing a 30-day return window. This is inconsistent with what the store told me and raises concerns about how return policies are communicated and enforced. I’m still trying to resolve this issue, but this experience has made me reconsider my trust in Best Buy. Defective products should not be held to rigid return windows, and customers shouldn’t feel forced to pay for memberships to get fair treatment. I hope Best Buy takes a closer look at its policies and ensures that they are fair, consistent, and customer-focused.

It looks great on my kitchen, but it was necessary to install an electrical cable and plug in order to connect it to the electricity. It has a low flow, but if you have a small kitchen, it is a good option.

Works great and very adorable. Very easy to set up.

Looks sleek and nice. But when we start it there is hardly any sound and fan seems to be very slow. We cant tell any difference when its turned on or off with the smells and smoke.

I remodel and sell or rent houses and put in all new stainless appliances in the latest kitchen. In looking for a matching range hood with fan, this was by far the least expensive and looks great with the other new appliances. Works great, too!

I shopped around for just the right range hood. This one is very quiet and does the job. I'm not too picky other than it has to made well. Don't forget to buy a cord kit or swap it with the old hood.

I was looking for a white 30" replacement for the range hood at a house we are rehabing. This was a good, low cost item that was easy to install and fit the space well.

It did not state in the description that you will need to purchase a power cord in order to use. So now that I can finally open and install, I realize I have to purchase a power cord and connect it myself. This would have been nice to know so I could have bought it at same time.

This is my second time purchasing this hood. (yes we moved and left first one behind). Easy to install, looks great, works good.

the quality is good, but the performance is average, its a little noisy in comparison to other range hood recirc units. ended up returning the product as it didn't meet my expectations. purchased an over the range Microwave which works better for my application.

Super easy to install and lightweight. Took the old one out and connected power and installed the new one. Just needed to order the power connection since it did not come with the unit.

Looks great and is quiet! I had to upgrade the range hood after buying a new range, this was a good stainless steel match at a great price.

I installed the range hood and my wife turned it on. On high I couldn't hear the fan so I took it back apart to make sure it was wired correctly. It was, the fan is just so quiet you can barely hear it run.

Was surprised unit came WITHOUT a standard 45-60 watt light bulb... other than that face, ease of installation and simple usage buttons(light/air fan circularlzation)
