It is only on or off. Bought the vent for the specified 2 light levels. Disappointed it did not have it. Otherwise it works as a vent just fine.

Still unsure if it is broken or this is it. Waiting for more reviews to help me decide if I need to contact Best Buy. On the bright side, it looks good and was super easy to install.

I measured and read reviews and even looked at other stores before deciding on Best Buy. Nowhere did I see information letting me know that this unit does not come with (1) a power cord or (2) a filter. I would have happily purchased these things if tipped off by Best Buy. Sorry, BB, that money is now going to Home Depot.
