Both settings are very low and inefficient. I really wish I had the time to return it. I do not recommend this product at all. A complete waste of money.

Came damaged

The hook/bracket was weirdly shaped and it was difficult to get them perfectly align and the place to screw to wall was in weird angle, which makes it extremely difficult to screw tightly.
