It doesn't have enough suction to vent steam. Yes its quiet, but thats probably because its not venting anything. I will be returning this piece of junk.

I called and it was really easy to get a replacement sent out. When I received the replacement everything looked great until I took it out of the box. The whole side of this one was caved in. So I called again and the lady I spoke to couldn't find my account and then transferred me over to geek squad who had no idea how to help me because I didn't order an install. I have yet to get this issue fixed as I tried to use their online chat and was told this issue can only be fixed over the phone. I just want my item not damaged, is that so much to ask?
