Poor excuse for a range hood

The suction is HORRIBLE and barely draws air through on the high setting. I'm returning this unit and purchasing another one elsewhere. It claims to have a 190 cfm, but I'd guess it doesn't even have 100 cfm suction. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS unless you are only buying it for the looks. (It's actuall very sleek looking, too bad it doesn't perform well.)

My husband installed it in less than an hour (took out old and put in new one). It is SUPER quiet, I was concerned that it was sucking in any air bc it hardly makes a sound, even on high, but it does have good ventilation. My only complaints are that the seams are NOT seamless, meaning that there is a slight gap where the edges meet, I thought it was only on one side, but it's on both, so I'm sure that is how it's made. Also, the switches in the picture appear to be silver, but in actuality they are black. They still look nice, but I ordered this hood on purpose bc the picture shows stainless steel switches.

Second one dented, can't return

Not returnable after 14 days and we were stuck in a snow storm with too deep of snow and ice for days to leave.. Best Buy won't help 3 days past return window even though we physically could not leave the house to make the return. TWO out of TWO dented and now we are stuck with it. And for actual review of the product, not just the service... it's huge and not very nice looking. dated.

Good value for stove range

It doesn't even have enough strength to hold a Kleenex up. It's really bad. If you just want it for decoration it looks good but don't plan on using it. I'm very disappointed. The price should have been a dead give away.
