Ice maker and fan went in 120 days

Not enough time went by to really get some reviews posted seeing it was a newer model. Ice maker on top is toast. Fridge is luke warm all the time regardless of manual trouble shooting. And the fan just makes a high pitch constant buzzing as loud as a hair dryer. A previous post says it's about to bust. This is a "Whirlpool" everyone. Sad. 3,200.00. Their brand is now in lockstep with all the other appliance companies.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My dad bought us this fridge as a house warming gift for my husband and I on Black Friday 2016 (so nice of him to spend over $3k on a fridge for us, right?) Well, a couple months after, it starts making this loud buzzing sound and we thought it was just the ice maker. The following day half of the food was at like room T. We called the company and a lady hung up on my face after I asked for her name since she was being rude. Finally, we got scheduled for an appt for them to come take a look at it. They had to order a part and took about another week for them to come and "fix it" and they actually did so we thought our nightmare was over (wrong!) A month after, the loud buzzing sound came back! We knew exactly what it was, so we called to make an appt which they scheduled us for 5 days later. The same guy came and fixed it AGAIN but my husband demanded they give us a new fridge so after $600 worth of spoiled/rotten food, total of 2wks worth of waiting for an appt., and about 2wks of that horrible, annoying 24/7 sound...WE ARE FINALLY GETTING A NEW FRIDGE (After approval from a manager to exchange/return this fridge)

Less that 60 days in the ice stopped producing because the temperature was not cold enough. For a fridge this new and expensive I don't want to waste my time with a repair. Totally subpar.
