Hard to be in the same room with that noise. The smudging on the stainless steel is very aparent and almost impossible to keep clean.

It was an open box and price was good as it’s going to my rental unit. Sleeves are glass but get misted up. I’ve had glass shelves in other brands that didn’t. So not sure if it’s why it was returned. But I’m happy with my purchase. I like whirlpool too.

Excellent basic, lower cost refrigerator!

We had great difficulty replacing the expensive water filter each time! We decided to scale down to this version without the bells and whistles and have been totally satisfied for two years now! It's a little small but adequate for the two of us!

All good but the noise

But the noise was just too much. Who would have thought? We are sad to return this and are now getting an LG which is known for its low decibel ratings. If the noise isn't bothersome to you, then this fridge was very nice.

Our refrigerator is nice, but every time we open it, it slides forward. Also, there are a ton of smudges and fingerprints each time you touch the handles.

Nonetheless, the fridge works great and I haven't any other issues thus far.

The drawers are hard to move since it is plastic sliding on plastic plus they have very sharp edges the interior shelves of the door have sharp corners and can hurt you. It is your basic refrigerator and it wasn't cheap either. $1300.00! We unfortunately bought the stainless steel and it collects fingerprints and smears which are almost impossible to remove. It is inconvenient to get things from the back of the cabinet and the lighting is harsh and hurts my eyes.
