Excellent temperature control. External water and ice easy to access. Plenty of space - both refrigerator and freezer sections. Attractive finish. Very pleased. No issues.

Our fridge is surrounded by cabinets on the side and top and a wall on the other side. We also don't have a lot of clearance for the door to open. We struggled to find a modern fridge that would fill the space. We are happy with this purchase. First time with a side by side style and like the roominess of the fridge. The freezer is small but we have a auxiliary freezer. The stainless finish is easy to care for and I just wipe it with a microfiber towel. I make sure to wipe up any drips from the water and ice dispenser right away. I do wish the shelfs on the door and fridge were adjustable. The can storage on the door is a waste. We end up storing our carton of eggs on it.

Absolutely love this side-by-side. It’s quiet and. it holds a lot of food. You can put multiple gallon-sized containers in the door shelves. The only concern some people might have is the inability to store a large ice creme cake in the freezer.

The fingerless stainless steel actually works. Amazing. Ice maker is a little slow, but overall, for the money this is a great fridge. Also is very quiet.

Great fridge to fit into a small opening. Able hold a decent amount of groceries. The water dispenser was badly designed. It’s at the edge so you ended up with drip let which require a quick wipe down every once in a while

Recently upgraded to this refrigerator and it's been a game-changer. Having an ice maker built-in is such a convenience I didn't realize I was missing. We bought this Refrigerator when our GE fridge died during the Covid. It was the only counter depth models that I could order online, fits in my space and have delivered within two weeks. The fridge is fairly average. I gave three stars rating because- -The ice dispenser is ridiculously loud -Noisy when compressor turned on -Both the refrigerator and freezer space is smaller compared similar Samasung Refrigerator -The lower draw in the refrigerator section turned out to be half depth shorting valuable storage space. -The water in the door does not come out cold immediately -Shelves are not adjustable

It's weird that the shelves are short. Another reviewer suggested taking one out to compensate. There's somewhat limited space inside already, so I can't agree with that. You'll have to get used to taking the taller items out of the door and not the shelf in front of you. That's one shift. Also be sure to allow enough room on both sides for the doors to open. The wall to the left of our fridge is a bit close, and so it's awkward to reach into the already narrow space. I don't have the same complaint as others about the volume - but I have not yet connected a water line to make ice, which may be a noiser operation than standard running. It keeps food cold, and it looks nice. The price was right and it was the right size for my 2-person family. I can't imagine using this fridge if you cook at home regularly for more than 2 adults.

I love the ice maker on this. The only issue is that sometimes the cubes get clogged up in the door and you have to clean them out. Also, we have had this for 6 months, and recently the middle deli drawer has gotten a large crack. Checking to see if covered under warranty. Otherwise, I love this refridgerator!

Works very well as expected. Love the 3 drawers and their depth for storage. Great look.

I bought this refrigerator because my old one was on the fritz and I needed to get a new one quickly. I also had to find one that was 33 inches wide because I don’t have space quite large enough for a 36 inch wide unit. I’m not particularly impressed. The Best Buy delivery team was pretty good. They did scrape some paint off the doorway when bringing it in but that’s not a huge deal. The interior plastic shelves are not high-quality. Even for a smaller unit, the freezer is tiny. There are exposed wires on the exterior bottom of the refrigerator which is very unattractive looking. It’s also rather loud at times. If I had another option for a better fridge I would have taken it.

Terrible!!! Second time ordering this refrigerator because 1st one came damaged and missing the can caddy that is advertised with it. Besides not being able to hook up the new water line because the shutoff valve wasn’t behind the refrigerator. To make it right with me I was told I would get the new refrigerator, they would install the new water line and I would get the can caddy that was supposed to come with it! The guys that delivered it were very professional and nice, however they said they knew nothing about putting the new water line/shutoff valve in behind the refrigerator and this refrigerator didn’t have the can caddy like promised either!! Plus, I’ve been noticing the refrigerator randomly leaks where the water/ice comes out!!

Nice refrigerator but it didn't fit into my house kitchen door. The wrong size was ordered. Make sure the right one ordered.

Bought this 8 months ago. So far it’s holding up well. One thing to know about this is when you adjust the coldness to level 3 on the fridge side, whatever you placed on the two upper shelves will freeze over time. Milk and juices in box containers froze on us. If you keep the level to level 2, it’s fine. Changed the filter after 2 moths and so far, no other issues.

Most all seems very good but Temperature seems somewhat uneven in Refrigerator section. 3rd shelf freezes when other shelves stay OK on recommended(3 bars) middle setting. On setting below this(2 bars) Temperature gets near 50 deg. in some top shelf items. So (3 bars) it stays.

It’s a good refrigerator. Freezer compartment is a little narrow - not sure I can fit an 18 lb turkey in there. The shelves are removable but not adjustable. Top shelf opening is not tall enough for 2 L bottles or milk cartons- bad design choice. It gets really cold on recommended settings.

This refrigerator seems fine and has had no issues since installation. You can get a good look at it in-store and know what you're getting. There were no surprises vs. what was expected EXCEPT for the fact it comes with no extendable feet or any way of locking the wheels. Absent a do-it-yourself solution, this appliance will roll out toward you every time you open the door if you happen to have smooth kitchen flooring. It seems to have threaded mounting points for feet at the front corners, yet none were installed or included. I have never encountered this omission on any fridge I have ever purchased and did not even think of asking about such a thing when shopping. It was very disappointing to see that Whirlpool considers this acceptable. That being said, it only takes about 15 minutes to lift each front corner and put little custom blocks underneath if you have some scrap wood, a power saw, and a crowbar. Just get those things ready before the fridge shows up to save time and drama.

Love the features! We did have to have a service call the first week. The person tightened the compressor and adjusted a Freon line. That fixed the noise problem. I wish you still published owners manuals to explain all the options better.
