The problem was with the fridge, it heated up on the inside instead of getting cold and the lights flickered so something was clearly wrong with the product. I left it plugged in for 2 days and then called best buy to pick it back up. they picked it up the next day and I ordered a different brand. 5 stars for Best Buy service and 0 stars for this Whirlpool Refrigerator.

The only complaint I have is the handles, they have gotten loose but we were able to fix it. I'm hoping this does not become a reoccurring issue.

The big problem is in the secs for this appliance says it dispenses "chilled water". This is a flat out lie. The water is tap water cool at best. I have a tech from Whirlpool coming , but he said that more than likely , It's as cold as it's going to get. For a $1659 refridgerator I think I could have done much better.

I've had this for months with no working ice maker! Also this is a smaller fridge not much room and shelves do not all adjust.
