I am telling you Best Buy and the team of people who work for Best Buy are the most amazing people ever! They're knowledgeable, nice, friendly and their customer service is "top of the line"! Loved my fridge!

Best buy needs to create a policy or signage on the product so this would not happen again. Sadly, I was forced to buying a smaller fridge that was in stock to bring home or all my food would be spoiled! We could not wait for another order.

The in-store purchase was easy to do; shipping timeline worked our great and the delivery (and deliverers) did a good job. The store representative was unable to get the purchase for me through my Best Buy credit card, but it worked out okay to not finance it.
