I now have a working ice maker and I love my refrigerator. Best Buy is truly the BEST!!!

However, the delivery outside contractor are horrible, the least. They’ve been rude, uncooperative and ignorant. Last delivery, they damaged our hardwood floor.

Barely reaches optimal refrigerator temperature

At delivery the door seals didn't close properly as the door wasn't straight. After requesting a repair or exchange I was told that someone would come to fix or replace the refrigerator. After 2 months waiting I decided to fix the problem myself. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to my friends. I also wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy again that I can't return myself to the store.

You got my business because of your history with me and my family for quality service on delivery and installation. And once again we had a great experience from the in-store sale to the handshake at the conclusion of the installation

Good basic refrigerator

It’s Energy Star efficient, it works fine, it fits in our small kitchen, and was not too expensive. But it’s super noisy when it is running. The motor hums loudly and it makes gurgly, growly noises. Sometimes wakes me up in the night when it turns on.
