Ice from icemaker has chemical taste even after running through dozens of batches. Bottom of regrigerator much colder than top shelf of refrigerator. Only five fixed settings to choose from to regulate refrigerator temp. Looked at same model last year and was quoted $650. This year had to pay $850.

It's hard to regulate the temperature. It's either 30 degrees and freezes things or 40 degrees and things are too warm.

There's an almost constant high pitched hum. Headache inducing. I wish I knew before I bought it, I would have chosen one that is less noisy. Other than that, it's doing its job.

It had several dents and scratches. The delivery guys told us to call BestBuy. We were able to get a replacement in a few days.
