I would be annoyed if it was for my own house, but I put it in a rental unit. Wouldn't buy again because of the noise, but its not worth the trouble to try to exchange it.

This was an $800 fridge which was a lot of money for us, so I can't afford to replace it.

Stops cooling, defrosts everything, starts clicking. Best Buy was no help. They gave me 800 number. The person I spoke with didn't want to schedule repair because she said clicking is normal. Reading from her script. Defrosting is not normal. Losing groceries 3 times in a year is not normal. Have repair person coming tomorrow, but I was warned I may need to pay $130 even though I've owned it less than a year and am still making payments.

The refridge is ok, but a miserable experience

Everybody else i dealt with was awful, terrible, unhelpful, rude, and about every other negative adjative i can think of. Best buy needs to fire its entire tel cust svc operation and get rid of all contract delivery contractors. All in all, it was a miserable experience.

No ice maker still

Bought in Feb. and just sent me an update and won't bring the ice maker until June. Besides not having the ice maker the refrigerator is noisy.

Has a water running sound when cycling and does not have an ice maker. Whirlpool service reports that this is normal. Not good from a company you could rely on.

The appliance got to working temperature within 2 hours. Interior plastic is a little thin. Overall a great purchase for our Lake place.

No one pointed out the body damage. The deilvery man showed me , not salesperson in store. four dents in upper right hand side . Delivery man pointed out it was open box which I knew but didnt know about dents. I didnt call store because I was sure I would get the run around about it being open box. So I let it go. Didnt think store would do anything. But I will not shop at Pacific Sales again.
