This replaces a 21 year old Amana bottom freezer refrigerator. Do to the fact that I got tired of replacing gaskets which caused rusting. They look exactly the same but this one has a pull out for the freezer. It is also one inch higher which I managed to fit into my old opening by taking off the top hinge cover. As far a energy use the new one uses 584 kwh and the old used 576 kwh. They are the same 22 CU FT. The new one is a inch narrower as well as the shelve . The vegetable bins are smaller due to the narrower frig. The pull out bottom freezer handles less food due to the the fact that you have to watch the hight of what you put in is not to high and interferers with closing the draws or falles in back so you can not close them. I had to call Whirlpool due to problem with the sealing of the bottom freezer Also due to the wire shelves being pulled out ice falls to the floor and can cause a tripping hazard if you do not see it. You have to get used to being new does not mean better.

Really wanted a bottom freezer and this fridge is great! I feel like the fridge holds so much. Sometimes the fridge door gets stuck because the suction can get tight.

I love my refrigerator. Keeps everything cool, it’s quite simple to clean and organized the way you like.

Refrigerator was very user friendly.Nice LED lighting not many bells and whistles your basic model.Size is perfect for our location were it was being installed.Had a issue with a cancelled delivery had to reschedule 10 days for next delivery.

Love the refrigerator. Very spacious for the space it would fit in our new townhouse. Ice maker is fast. Great product. Only complaint was the scratch on the side and the small dents on the upper door, but they made good on it.

we like the fridge, but delivery service really bad. Our hardwood was badly dented about 20 inches long. At that day I offer them cardboard to prevent scratching the floor They refused,the carry it out by hand.

So far so good. Filled our need. Bought on line without seeing it in person. Only wish is that it had the bin on the door to put stick butter. Love the size. Didn’t think I would like the freezer drawer on the bottom but really like it.

Looks very nice in the slate stainless steel color. Love the storage capacity of the fridge!! A little awkward storing flat items and ice cream cakes in the freezer, but still love the drawer freezer on bottom ;) Great product and great service!!

so far I'm very pleased with the performance of this appliance and would recommend this brand to family and friends, the salesperson at best buy in Victorville was more than helpful.

I bought this based on the temp control ratting from cnet and other reviews. It does a great job of keeping 34f. Things dont freeze and it does not hit the danger zone. The freezer is configured very inefficiently. It needs more space down there in the bottom basket.

We love the bottom fridge and the single door. Everything is conveniently and appropriately located. The black stainless steal is very sharp looking. We’ve had this brand and model of fridge before and wouldn’t want anything different.

Good Refrigerator, Bad Set-up and Follow-up. Installers only brought a 6ft hose- which was too short. They took it back with them and said that it would be credited. It was Not credited. When I called in to see why it was not credited, I was told that I had to buy a Longer hose, which was available, then after buying the longer one, I would get credit for the one the 'installers' took back with them. I provided the GeekSquad person with a credit card and ordered the longer hose, which would be sent to a local BestBuy for me to pick-up. I went by the store several days after they told me it would be available, and no one could find it, or even the order. Complete dis-array. I called the GeekSquad again, after about 15 minutes they could see the order was placed but then they had no records or idea what happened. This is amazing that I get a confirmation back, but no one can find the information at the store, nor on the phone support! Please at the store were no help, on the phone-no help. Pretty Bad. Don't require installation if you have no ability to perform it!

Good functionally. Keeps everything cold and freezer works well. Doesn’t close easily. Makes noises intermittently. Difficult to keep the stainless steel clean and streak-free.

Nice fridge a lot of room to store everything. Didn’t know the freezer came with the plastic dividers already attached in it. Not using ice maker and need the top space to fit pizza boxes in it.

We’ve had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks. So far it’s working well and we have no complaints. I wish we had been able to get it with the feature that keeps it from getting fingerprints.

I shopped around for a fridge to find just the right price & deal. This was it. Sales person was great, she even called around to make sure they were matching any other deals. Saved $100.00. Oh Ya Delivery was painless. Very knowledgable guys. They made sure they showed us how everything worked before they left.

HAVING THE FREEZER ON THE BOTTOM IS SO MUCH EASIER TO SEE WHAT THERE & REMOVE JUST 1 ITEM WITHOUT UNLOADING "ALL: & THEN PUTTING ALL BACK IN AGAIN.

I love the space in this fridge, just wish it had more freezer room. This is a much better layout than a French door fridge in my opinion. It doesn't have a water filler in it, but that was just fine for me.

Whirlpool has always made excellent quality products. Whirlpool refrigerators have always lasted 20 plys years on the past.
