Sleek design and works quietly. The door does open up about 2.5" wider than the defined specification so take that into account if up against a wall

This is the perfect refrigerator. From the order process to installation it was a no hassle experience. Jesus and his helper did an outstanding job at install. Fridge has easy access to food and bottom freezer allows for ease of dividing food by category and the storage system allows for food not to "get lost" and wasted. Bonus for me is the fact that I have physical limitations that make the access to fridge on top a priority. Price was amazing and you definitely get MORE than you pay for. I highly recommend this product and Best Buy. They really know customer service and so do the associates! Get one of these. I have two family members who will be!

This fridge was a great buy. I researched many different models for a few weeks and visited a few stores to view first hand. Made the decision on this one because it had the best appearance/functionality combo. Its very nice and its HUGE.

The black stainless steel color looks great in my Kitchen. This fridge has plenty of room and thanks to the accurate measurements, it fit perfectly where I needed it to. All the doors seal nicely and the pull out bottom freezer is very convenient.

Great lighting and cools down faster than our older fridge. Only gripe is the drawers will come out easily if you pull too hard.

I love this fridge. So much room over having a French door style. Large storage shelves for platters. I hosted Thankgiving and had plenty of room for everything. Doors hold twice as much and the ice maker in the freezer is a must have.

We love our new refrigerator, it is a major upgrade from the one that it replaced. We like the internal layout, and the controls for the temperature of the two compartments. The one thing that would improve this model would be to make the plastic veggie drawers slide more smoothly. They tend to get stuck when pushing them back into place.

I have had my fridge for over a year now and I love it, it's the perfect size and I have never had any issues.

My experience with this fridge so far has been very good. The delivery was great and the delivery guys did an excellent job making sure the fridge was balanced and door opens correctly and swings evenly. The bottom freezer style is not my favorite because regardless of the fridge type or brand it seems poorly laid out for certain things like frozen pizzas and things get buried - like an underwear draw. However, this is the trade off for having the top fridge convenience. And since we don't eat much frozen food, that works well enough for us. My father has the same fridge for a few months now and he's happy with it as well.

Large refrigerator section with lots of Handy storage options. Drawers could slide easier. Freezer is sufficient but could be a little larger. Frustrating that one middle section cannot be removed in the top drawer. Keeps fridge consistently 40° on setting number 4. This does not have a built-in water filter so if you want clean ice make sure you buy an inline water filter to install outside of the fridge. I was not informed about this and have to do it after the fact.

I like the freezer at the bottom and its ice maker, very convenient The fruit and veggie drawers are a bit stiff to start with. Like everything else plus the color

Great fridge! Only real complaint is the freezer light bulb burnt out 2 weeks after delivery and Whirlpool wouldn't replace it with an LED light. The 2nd bulb burned out another few weeks later. It seems the placement of the bulb is just in a bad place so it gets hit. Other than that the fridge has ample room for a 5 person family, 3 of them teenagers. The light in the fridge is extremely bright, and the high height of it is fantastic! No more bending down and trying to see what's in the back of the shelves. We love it so much our parents have ordered one!

I’m very pleased with my new refrigerator. And the service from Best Buy was excellent. The men who installed it were very efficient and polite Robert was very efficient in replacing the handle that has been broken. He was very polite also.

I like this better than the side by side I had, much more roomier on top. It’s a little noisy. For some reason most appliances these days are. I would buy again.

Very quiet and efficient. Only issue i have is the lack of adjustible feet for leveling. Otherwise, lots of storage, easily organized and quick to cool.

The stainless steel doors clean off so quickly -- one swipe with a damp cloth - no streaks. It runs so quietly compared to my other model. The thermometer lets me know that the refrigerator keeps a constant temperature. Plenty of room!

Pretty good refrigerator. I love all the room inside and the outside is sleek and clean lines. The only thing I don't really like is that the crisper drawers don't stay put when you slide them out even just a little. It is like they were not designed right. Also the tabs on the outside of them to adjust humidity looks flimsy. Not sure if they will break off over time. But the freezer is a good design and the shelves work for all my items. I would recommend it. Glad Best Buy had this item. I could not find it at any other store and it is the fridge I wanted!
