I like the product and price was reasonable. I found the stainless a little harder to keep clean than I had hoped, but I guess that's a common complaint. It has a nice lay out and works well.

This refrigerator replaced a side-by-side 24 cu.ft. refrigerator. Although the dimensions are less for this refrigerator (21.9 cu.ft.) it sure seems so much larger than my old one. When I put the food from my old frig into this one, there was so much extra space in the refrigerator compartment. And the freezer is divided well so that all my food fit into it and is all easily accessible, even though it has an icemaker taking up some of the space. It looks great and I love the icemaker.

The refrigerator is a little noisy when it first starts up, but overall it nice. The only problem that we have with it, after it was unpacked and plugged in, a snake slithered out from underneath it! That isn't the refrigerators fault, but it makes me gun shy of ordering another one, or anything big from Best Buy!

I have been disappointed that every time I pull open the door, the whole refrigerator comes forward. It is an extreme annoyance. Isn't there something that can be done to the front rollers to avoid this? And when I open the door and want to reopen it in a few seconds (like getting milk out to pour on cereal) it won't open again until more time has elapsed.

Absolutely love this fridge. Fits everything ! I have a family of 5 and it has plenty of room. The lighting is also nice as well.

This is a great whirpool I got at the open box store and it was only $400 new with a mini dent on the back.

Bought this for a rental unit where we were looking at specific measurements. The freezer on the bottom is not only a nice feature especially in tight spaces but a modern feature and update. Ideally the doors were sort of posing a problem in the location. Having only one door for fridge was better overall. Tenants are very pleased with the feature and appearance. As for longevity, hard to say it's been less than a month. I think the price point is fair, could we have found a lower priced appliance, likely. Would it have looked or worked better, not sure. This seemed to work in the location, had a quick delivery given it was in stock, and we've done well with Whirlpool in the past.

Bought for daughter as her old was failing fast. Was shocked at how much storage it has and with 3 babies in her home holds gallons of milk on door. The price was affordable and the convenience of bottom freezer w/icemaker was huge plus.

I've had the fridge for about 2 weeks and so far so good! No complaints here; we love the ice maker, it has more than enough space for our family of 2, and it's pretty quiet aside from the ice dropping occasionally.

This refrigerator is great for small spaces. It is great in my small apartment. In the reviews some people complained of the ice maker being noisey. Mine is no more noisey than any other one I have had in the past! I love this purchase!!

Purchased for a condominium and it’s the perfect fit. Top French door style fridge would not work due to size and this one is great. Lots of space within the fridge and freezer and keeps produce fresh.

This is basically the exact model that we purchased 12 years ago. The original one NEVER needed service in 12 years. I debated on getting fixed or purchasing new and decided to put the $ into a new one. The style, quality seems the same. I hope it lasts as long or longer. The doors really have great suction and can be difficult opening immediately after closing. (Not sure if that is a negative?) I had to adjust the bottom locking mechanism to keep it in place. All is good now! I actually was thrilled to get the same one.

I just got this refrigerator and haven't moved into the remodeled condo yet...but it looks great and is very quiet. It will take some experience to do a proper review of the product.

Generally works well and fairly quiet. Doors are a little hard to open and the whole thing rattles a bit when door releases. Only real complaint is that doors need to be pushed firmly closed or they swing or roll back open. It would be nice if the doors would swing closed instead of swinging open.

This frig purchase is almost an exact replacement to my LG refrigerator. I wanted to buy another LG but LG doesn't carry this model anymore. It's my old LG frig with Whirlpool branding. Icemaker is in the freezer. Pros: clean look and space capacity. Minor cons: it's a bit noisier than my LG and small items may fall through the freezer baskets. I wish they were plastic bins like the LG. Other than that, I'm happy with the frig.

Fridge is very nice inside it has a lot of room and easy to adjust shelves. The finish is nice but not to pleased with the plastic plugs to cover the holes for the handle which is switchable from side to side. Freezer has ample room but the freezer is all basket and not a drawer which is okay. But if something spills it goes to the bottom of the freezer. The freezer door is connected to the baskets and it doesn't seem very solid.. overall it's a nice fridge runs quietly and much better than the Samsung it replaced. We are pleased with it.

Love the new refrigerator. Convenient layout, works great! The sales staff and the tech installers did a great job.

The fridge portion of this whirlpool is very roomy. I wished that the freezer is a little bigger but love the bottom freezer. Energy star rated, too. Got a rebate from dwp.

This refrigerator purchase on sale and free delivery & hook-up was well worth it. All other stores schedule for delivery was out 2-3 weeks and we received ours in 5 days. Large capacity with flexible shelve & bin positioning. Bottom freezer also nice capacity but bottom of storage much lower than my previous bottom freezer. Only con is the two black 3/8” diameter phillips screw heads for the multi handed door handle are exposed on the front door panel instead of attaching from the side of the door. No optional trim of these screws are available. Takes away from the sleek black stainless steel finish.
