The produce drawers are incredibly cheap! They don't glide, they don't shut all the way without force, they run into the stupid little lever that controls humidity, and the hand-holds which you have to push really hard are sharp. I so wish I had pulled the produce drawers out of my old identical refrigerator. This is so disappointing!

The fridge serves its purpose. I like it. The only thing I struggle with is opening it. The seal and/or the magnets require a strong pull to open it. The bottom plastic that covers the wheels broke during delivery. The delivery men were excellent and called to request a replacement sent to the house. It's been a month and we still haven't gotten it. Disaapointed with that because I contacted best buy who said they'd get back to me but didn't.

Started off good, created ice cubes and kept everything cold. Fan started making a ticking sound, and now it stopped making ice and everything is melting in the freezer. What a piece of junk! My old side by side Whirlpool lasted 31 years, and produced endless ice. Thought its time to replace to reduce electricity use and figured it’ll die one day and ill loose my food. Big mistake, now i already have to throw out my soggy freezer food.

Just what I wanted. Disappointed at the slides on the vegetable drawers. They jam easily. This was why I replaced my other frig.

The service for delivery was great. However, the refrigerator was not leveled and we didn't realize it wasn't until later in the day when the door was not closing.That should have been part of the service of delivery.

Our last Fridge same model failed after 10 years pretty good run, started acting up then quit a couple days later, we went back to Whirlpool we had success with their product, we get 10 years out of this one I will be tickled.

this fridge replaced one that I had for ten years. The quality is great and Made in the USA. I like the pull out freezer door and shelf. Nothing bad to say about this product.

I wanted a simple fridge with easily accessible fridge space-which is exactly what this refrigerator gives me. I have my freezer space but it's below and out of the way-I love it. I didn't want a refrigerator with too many options, gadgets, etc. so this model is perfect!

The refrigerator works fine so far but it's very flawed. The black stainless steel scratches very easily. We needed the handle switched when it was delivered...well, you can't without marks and scratches where it was factory attached. No other options were available. Also, both Whirlpool and Best Buy we're clueless about how to deal with the issue.

So far so good. The only thing is I cannot remove from the freezer section a divider on the top shelf. Makes it hard for the ice cube trays to fit in cause I can't move to a different position.

I did my research on this refrigerator and when it arrived I was surprised with additional features that I was unaware of and love!

I like the single door so that I can line up all my products on one side

I waited to review this fridge until I’d used it for a while. I’m very happy with this purchase so far and hope to enjoy it for many more years. The ice maker is a bit noisy when it drops new ice, but that’s pretty typical.

Love this fridge. I do wish it came with more shelves.

This refrigerator is replacing one about eight years old. It's very quiet in comparison. We find that we're wasting less food due to the LED lighting and clear shelves really show off everything.

Pretty good. Don’t make them like they used to but it’sa good value for the money

We've always been a loyal Maytag /Whirlpool client. However, We are a little disappointed with this one thus far. From day one it has had an extremely loud and annoying humming noise while it is running and the door has extreme suction everytime you open it, it is very difficult to open!

Get what you pay for although the refrigerator look nice once it was set up and the delivery personnel were excellent, the interior of the refrigerator is very very cheap. The crisper bins do not line up with the gaskets, and the material, plastic, is very very cheap. It was a desperation purchase, as I needed a certain size and height and I needed it very quick . If I didn’t did not need something so quickly, I would’ve taken the time to explore other options. This refrigerator might be good for landlords having to replace refrigerator is and their rental properties

So far everything seems ok. Like the inside especially the door area. Enjoying black stainless, very nice. Quite large on inside.
