I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator that has never worked properly from the start. It has been over three months, and Whirlpool has yet to repair the issue. Despite countless calls and assurances that the problem would be resolved, I am still left with a non-functional refrigerator. The level of customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The technicians arrive unprepared, unaware of the issue, and without the necessary parts—even though I was told they had been ordered. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I trusted Whirlpool for a reliable product and responsive service, but this experience has been nothing but impossible. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing a whirlpool.

This product went on sale for $170 cheaper a little more than a month after I purchased it. I'd like for Best Buy to have a more generous price guarantee than the current 14-15 days.

Love it! We purchased this for our pantry after a 2year old LG absolutely died. We choose Whirlpool because it is efficient, made in the USA and has local repai.

We purchased Whirlpool because it is American made and had, what we thought, a good reputation. When we received the refrigerator, it was dented and the door and freezer drawer front were poorly finished. There have been 2 attempts by Best Buy to resolve the problem and yet each time the finish was as bad or worse. We are now awaiting a third attempt and we are not hopeful. Whirlpool needs to improve their quality control procedures so that customers do not have to experience such disappointment, inconvenience, and expense.

I am so pleased with this refrigerator. It is very well made and offers alot of possibilities in how you adjust shelving on door and inside the refrigerator.

I waited a long time to buy these appliances and they are really perfect. No problems and just what I had hoped for. Love the warming burner on the stove and love roomy freezer on the bottom fridge.

Love freezer at bottom, making foods in refrigerator easier to find, but it would be nice to have the ice tray enclosed to avoid ice from absorbing odors from the packages.

First time buying a freezer on bottom. wanted top freezer but not on sale. just not quite the same room for stackables. overall it's been good.

It is taller then the specs we saw online. But we were able to work with our cabinets to get it too fit. We love the freezer on the bottom.

The refrigerator works well and efficiently. It was a floor model with minor dings that arrived with even more damage than seen on the showroom floor.

Like the look of the refrigerator and easy to find items at eye level. The ice maker is a little noisy when making ice, but do like the smaller cubes.

I like the unit although the ice maker is very noisy.
