    Absolutely horrible product. Have had on and off problems for the 3 years I’ve had it. Now it’s completely shot and have to buy a new one. Horrible customer service. All around DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS!!!!

    Compressor failed after 2 years. Over $800 to repair.

    We bought this fridge at the beginning of June it has already stopped working. Both the refrigerator and freezer are not holding temperature, and the control display is not functioning at all. Whirlpool has to send a technician out now next week to fix/diagnose my brand new fridge. This is totally unacceptable for anyone with kids/infants that needs a fridge every day. Extremely disappointed that Best Buy or Whirlpool will not replace my 1 month old refrigerator today.

    Not worth a penny

    After purchase in may 2018, refregirator is broken down in June 2021. After $275 to replace a control board, died in feb 2024, 6 years is a short life for a fridge compared to 10-15 years average. My recomendation is not to buy this brand ever.

    Poor design and service

    Very poor design. They put dividers into the freezer trays. As a result, you can't put frozen pizza boxes or other packaging in as desired. The killer is that the divider is not removable. Not to mention poor support service. I recommend buy a different brand.

    keeps breaking

    It has failed twice in a year. Lost a ton of food. The Kenmore we had before ran perfect for 25 years. Boooo.
