Microwave was delivered broken. Paid 252.36 and exchanged for get 184.99 and didn't get the difference. Was told extended warranty was really a discount to geek squad . I am supposed to get a refund of 230.00 also. Geek squad Mgr and general mgr have been terrible to deal with

Missing a lot of part

I speak which costumer service couple time and nobody help me because I reserved oven and not open 40 days because I was move and when I open I was not happy

Knobs are too tall and activate the burner if something is put on top of them. They are taller than the burner grates. Contacted Whirlpool ... they confirmed there are no shorter replacement knobs. Will attempt to cut these down, but when it comes time to replace, will definitely look for other brands!

Plastic knobs melt!

If you cook a lot and use high heat, beware, the knobs will melt. On top of it, the knobs don't fit correctly when I replace them! Why would you make a stovetop with plastic knobs????
