Love the stainless refrigerator and had it delivered to my house from professionals best buy employees

The sales manager that attended to us, Danny, I think, is a nice guy and he knows his job. He's very professional.

After 7 months of use, I can say that you get what you pay for. This is an extremely noisy refrigerator, I think that this one is good to be installed in the Garage as a second refrigerator, but for kitchens close to the living room it is too noisy. Also door makes a like a cracking noise every time you open it.

I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator in 2017. While I am happy with the unit itself, I am very displeased with the service and the way it was put together. While I didn't notice right away, the doors aren't even level. So when you look at the top of the unit one door is higher than the other. I would love for Best Buy to make this right

Nice product but water Dispenser leaks occasionally

The fridge is ok. I haven't had any huge issues yet. In order to deliver they had to take he doors off and I'm worried they didn't get them attached correctly. The install was really tough as they ripped up my flooring, hit walls and ceilings in the basement. My hope is the fridge will last as I don't want to have to go through delivery process again.

Takes awhile to get first fill up of ice but lasts and lasts. Has three draws and great room

I bought this fridge and sadly I had to get a smaller one because it was too big to fit through my doors. so I am still waiting for the smaller one but I decided to get the same brand because of the quality they offer

Decent refrigerator for the price. Wish the freezer space was a little bigger but overall good fridge.

The refrig is perfect . It's economical and meets all of my needs . The customer service at the store is excellent .

Ice machine broke after a year. Just tried to use my Best Buy Protection and at first they wanted to charge me to have a diagnostician come to the house and they told me to call the manufacturer. (So don’t bother with that either). Also I don’t like that it doesn’t tell you the exact temperature of the fridge or freezer.

5 stars, definite easy to use. Ice maker is slightly and takes time to make ice but once it working, its definitely great.

Item worked perfectly and delivery was efficient and professional. Love the finely crushed ice feature. The water dispenser is easy to use and well designed. Fit perfectly in our kitchen space.

I bought this refrigerator for my granddaughter and her husband. They love it. They love the French door and the icemaker. So far so good it’s brand new hopefully it lasts a long time for them.
