Refrigerator is nice looking and very well-made.I like all the different compartments it has ,I think it’s a great value!!!Also great delivery service!!

Time will tell the durability story but it's a great unit so far.

Lots of shelves. Plastic seems sturdy. Plenty of space in refrigerator not so much in the freezer.

Nice side by side refrigerator shuts itself off when the door is open

The product worked well for 2 week and suddenly we started to see water coming down the water dispenser, the ice inside the freezer was melting and running down the dispenser. Unfortunately Geek Squad did not do the service and they asked us to contact the manufacturer as they cover the first year. Whirlpool tool 10 days to come over and found that defrost sensor has failed. He said he will order the replacement sensor and come back again when its delivered, with no ETA again. We ended up returning this back to store and bought a different make altogether.

Best Buy delivered very quickly, delivery and install went very well. Fridge is what we expected and made a nice replacement of our older Whirlpool fridge.

Not only is this an excellent product, Best Buy provided top-notch customer service on this transaction. I will continue to use them for my household need.

I give this refrigerator zero stars and less if I could. The fridge side didn't get cold and spoiled my food and the freezer didn't even freeze bread after being in for a week. A few days later the ice maker broke and we were no longer able to get ice. A totally terrible experience. It took me almost 1 month to get a new refrigerator. I don not recommend this product.

I wish I could give it less stars. The unit went to pots just after its warrantee ended. And I've been getting it fixed using my Sears Appliance warranty every month since January. Every part has been replaced and the issue of the refrigerator not cooling because the defroster has stopped working continues. I've wasted so much food at this point and Sears has done all they can and won't replace it. And now I'm going to attempt to see how Whirlpool can help. I would not recommend this refrigerator to my enemy.

Great quality for the price. Looks great in the kitchen. Never been a fan of side by side. But this one has more room than expected, and it has made me a believer. Glad we got it.

This refrigerator was a returned model that I bought for my rental house at a good price.

I really love the fridge because it got the water/ice dispenser. It makes thing so much easier and I don’t really have to waste money on buying ice.
