    Had for less than a month and had to call the repairman who wanted to charge me a house call fee of $100. It turned out to be a thermostat, I loss everything in my refrigerator and freezer. Not happy.

    Had this fridge less than a year just for it to completely stop working and have all my food go bad. To make matter worse whirlpool doesn't cover the loss of spoiled food for their faulty product. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy this brand again as they don't care about their customers and don't stand by their products. Not wanting to cover the loss of groceries from their own faulty product tells me all I need to know about their company.
