    We spent three month and four refrigerators trying to get one that wasn’t damaged! On top of that we were billed twice and three time for water connection which I had a plumber do! We finally select a floor display model which was way better condition then any “ new” ones sent to our house and spent day after day calling and going to store just to get the run around.. never again will we buy appliances from Best Buy.. horrible customer service.. just horrible

    This refrigerator has a leak in the ice tray. We called the technician but he said nothing can be done. But we are annoyed by the leak and we want the refrigerator to be replace.
