Great frig

Love the look and functionality. The LED lighting is great and like the water/ice dispenser in the door.

With in 3 weeks the freezer and refrigerator stopped working. the fridge would not stay below 60 and the freezer would not stay below 30. i contacted customer service and the directed to the manufacture. whirlpool scheduled service on the unit 1.5 weeks from the date of breaking. in my opinion, that is a long time to go with out the most important appliance in your kitchen and is not acceptable. worked great for the first 3 weeks.

However, we had to exchange the first one because it stopped cooling after just a couple of days. Luckily, Best Buy competed all of the exchange process. Time without a fridge/freezer was the only hassle. We'll see how it goes in the long run...I'm hoping I was just unlucky the first attempt!
