We needed to go to a smaller refrigerator. This refrigerator looks great and works well. The shelves are not adjustable, I wish I would have noticed that before buying.

I love my new refrigerator. The outside of it cleans easily and looks pretty.

I had an experience at another retailer that made me not want to purchase a new appliance at a large store. After coming to best buy my opinion had definitely has changed. I was in and out within ten minutes. Very satisfied customer!

Bought this on Black Friday to replace my 17-year-old Kenmore. It was so noisy, I called up Whirlpool customer support to complain. They sent a technician, who said the noise was normal since they changed their compressor. Then he said I owed him $120 because there was nothing wrong with the fridge, and I needed to pay for his service call. With the rebates, I got a pretty good deal, but I think it will break down prematurely. Oh, and there's no chilled water just warm water. I don't get that.

It has a good amount of space, looks good and has performed as expected.

Delivery was fine but the refrigerator door handles are not even. Still working on getting this issue resolved. Also, the ice dispenser will only hold glasses up to 6 inches.

I love it, my old refrigerator was the same brand Whirlpool and I have it for 16 years and it works wonder full all the years . that is why I get the same brand. and thank you best buy for the workers that you have they where so nice letting me know at what time the will be coming and nice setting up the refrigerator.

It makes alot of ice. Very cold. I wish there was more drawer space and the shelves were adjustable. The bottom drawer is very small.

We needed a new refrigerator and never bought brand new. We have always had hand me downs. We finall splurged and got the one we wanted! No regrets. It has plenty of space. Cleans easy and looks great in our kitchen! Everyone in the house enjoys the water and ice dispenser. Couldn’t be happier.

The color black went really well with my other appliances. I like the brightness of the lightning and glass shelves. It’s only been two months so hoping it will run for at least 15yrs+.

The experience was awesome. The only problem was due to the Corona Virus the delivery date was delayed. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. He spent quite a lot of time finding the best refrigerator for our needs. He also explained all the differences between the different models very well. The paper work was also done very quickly.

My main reasoning for choosing this fridge was the sleek exterior design and the modern/clean interior design. The first day it was in the house I almost called the installers back to tell them to take it because it was incredibly loud. But I decided to be patient and wait to see if it would mellow out after a little bit of use. For several weeks it was very loud but I slowly started to get used to it. Around 6 months I either got completely used to it or it may have actually became a little more mellow. Either way, I love this fridge but just be careful because it does have an exceptionally loud hum/buzz.
