Happy with product Quiet, saving some energy and doing what it's supposed to do, keep the perishables cool, the frozen - frozen. bonus for us the icemaker, works!

Took me awhile to decide which fridge to purchase for my new home . This is a beautiful fridge. Highly recommend this fridge. The price is right for what you get.

So far, so good. I’ve only had it for 3 weeks and the only thing I noticed (that prevents me from giving 5 stars) is the water flow is kind of slow. Other than that, though, all thumbs up

Love the fridge. Looks great and fits my kitchen perfectly.

After geek squad left I noticed that hight of doors differed by quarter inch. Tob seems to have a bulge as well. Tad saw it.

Works great and looks good. Matches my other Whirlpool appliances perfectly since sometimes Stainless is slightly different in finish and color. Only negative is you do not get an actual temp in the freezer or refer. It was also available in sotck and delivered quickly.

Within the first year refrigerator broke down 3 times! I foolishly didn't get the warranty because never expected that I would get a faulty piece with this brand. My item didn't say refurbished but it's broken down three times to where I had to get a replacement part and spend hundreds of dollars. I double make sure that you are getting a proper new piece and that if it's refurbished they say it is. I would also suggest with these newer refrigerators to just get the maintenance plan it's worth it.

I love the layout and spaces in this side-by-side. I dont like that the refrigerator door always swings wide open and also the appliance runs louder than other appliances I have owned.

We recently purchased the Whirlpool Side-by-Side Refrigerator. We are very happy with it. Had some problems with the Ice-Maker when we first got. The repair service team repaired the problem immediately. Very happy with the product.

So fridge is fine. The main issue that we had when we bought the fridge is that it took nearly a week for the ice maker to fill up with ice. The tray is small and only dispenses 6 cubes every few hours it seems. We even turned up the temperature to see if that helps. Guess we should have check those specs before we purchased.

I really liked this refrigerator, it is very good and very spacious, I love it.

This fridge is great, good space in both sides and cooling perfectly, ice maker and water dispenser is also pretty decent. Highly recommended

Bought this for my home in northern Michigan so far nice and quiet freezer is working great have not hooked up the ice maker yet can’t wait to try that out whole bunch of room don’t have to bend down to see what’s inside first French door refrigerator I ever had I recommend it thumbs up

Needed to replace an older Kenmore with something exactly 37.5 inches. This fits perfectly and is just a darned good 'fridge.

This far no issues or concerns at all his time. Great efficient and effective.

Works great. Only bad thing is the shelves aren’t adjustable

We bought this in Sept. 2021. First problem shelves aren't adjustable, loud, water dispenser drips. Doesn't keep a good temperature and food spoils, mainly cheese. I wouldn't recommend. Also, ice smells and tastes bad because it picks up every odor in the refrigerator (even when clean and has a baking soda box in both refridge and freezer)
