Despite the water from the dispenser not being very cold, the product is great.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I am on my second replacement, hundreds of dollars in spoil food, time wasted taking days off work to get it repair it is ridiculous! Bought Best Buy geek squad protection but since my refrigerator is not a year old they keep sending me to deal directly with Whirlpool. On the phone for the 6 or 7 time trying to get it fixed and no one is helping I need a NEW refrigerator or my money back at this point very frustrated buyer beware when purchasing this useless piece of steel and also beware when buying their extended protection plan since Best Buy hides behind the manufactures warranty.

This fridge is great makes tons of ice and keeps everything cool and love the bins. I love the crush ice and I had Best Buy hook up my fridge to my water line. It been great

Great ice maker. I miss the storage of my old french door with bottom separate freezer but this is easy to clean and a quality unit

Very nice refrigerator. Great, easy to clean finish. Only complaint is the is and water dispenser could be a little higher up on the door.

The fridge came at a much needed time! We lost food twice with our old Samsung. The delivery guys came in set up was a breeze. The only thing was they said after 4 hours you can put food in fridge. The instruction say after 24 hours. I hope I don't get food sickeness!

Really appreciate this team...got delivered to my house and staff are really nice..they did outstanding job..keep it up and much mahalo!

Fridge is attractive, but my complaints are it is very noisy and the shelves are not adjustable. The shelves is my fault, should have done more comparison, but it is very loud after less than 2 weeks. I am exchanging for a GE - excellent customer service.

I don't personally use this, but the residents that use it seem to like it.
