    The delivery was on time and the product was in excellent condition. The delivery people was very courteous and helpful making sure all my questions were answered. The refrigerator is very quiet and works great. Well balanced and I would recommend it for your next purchase.

    The fridge is nice and install went well. The microwave came damaged and doesn’t work correctly. Customer service was a struggle to get it corrected. Still waiting on the new one to be installed.

    We received this refrigerator on Dec. 31, 2025 and the refrigerator is faulty. We have had nothing but trouble with the refrigerator since we got it. The ice maker and the water dispenser DOES NOT WORK.

    had few leaking issues. Best Buy said they would give us money back during the presidents sale, but they jacked up the price before the sale. pretty sleazy move.
