Nice refrigerator compact well thought out moderately priced

Manufacturer should have installed 2 more shelves. One in refrig and one in freezer....We purchased them and it makes a big difference in the amount of space available....Unit is nice and works well....nice to see something purchased actually comes with a book explaining everything ...

This is my second Whirlpool refrigerator, very nice and sleek counter depth, Just the right size for my household!

Nice affordable fridge. Does the job. Counter depth and matches my other appliances. No complaints.

The fridge is running good. Since I bought it as an open box, the fridge was in our garage as it has a lot of damaged and since we don't have a water hook up in the garage, and don't have any use of the ice maker, i cannot comment on the ice maker functions. Right now, I'm happy with it.

Sooooo happy to be done with the bottom drawer freezer! Still plenty of space in this unit, I love it! Giving 4 stars because more shelving could definitely be used in the freezer compartment. Other than that, love it!

I like this one because of auto water dispenser function. But you need to measure the 8oz and the system will use it for this auto dispenser. I like it but wish there are more freezer trays and door bins. Overall, it is nice, compact, elegant.

Great refrigerator value for the money. We didn't have too many options available due to a narrow space between an island and where the refrigerator needed to fit. We had to remove the doors off the previous one just to remove it. We could leave the doors attached when installing this refrigerator. It does make noise, as I saw people mention in other reviews. It is louder than I prefer, but it is fine. Also, other people mentioned that extra shelves are needed, I agree and ordered 2 additional freezer glass shelves. It is smaller than the 25cu ft model we replaced and we do notice the difference, but as I mentioned we didn't have too many options to make it fit without tearing apart the fridge.

Less storage room than expected. Visually appealing.

We purchased about a month ago. Delivery and set up by Best Buy was excellent. Our last Whirlpool fridge lasted over 22 years. So, check back in about 10 years to truly evaluate performance. I would prefer a bin that closes in the door for dairy such as butter. Also, the shelves are limited in their ability to be adjusted. Temperature maintenance and ice/water functions have been very good. Overall, a good value and very good refrigerator.

Very functional refrigerator with ample space and nice look. Stainless is easy to maintain.

I like the side-by-side better than the French-doors-with-freeze- on-the-bottom design. (I replaced that style with this style.) Still trying to get the refrigerator to not freeze things, by playing with the arrangement of the shelves. Also, at first, the fan made a lot of noise, which has recently diminished.

For some people this refrigerator would be too noisy. I hear it often but it doesn't really bother me. The freezer could use one more shelf and the bins in the refrigerator are hard to use. When I put them in the slots that worked best for me they hit the shelf and the door would not close. I ended up just taking one of them out.

It works as it should other than it's the loudest refrigerator I've been around. I looked online and everyone post the same. I should've done more research. It's satisfactory for the price. Wouldn't purchase again.

Counter depth fridge is working well so far. Would have liked to have been able to stretch our dollar while obtaining a non counter depth refrigerator but our space did not accommodate a larger size. Don't understand why you're charged more for less space when it comes to counter depth refrigerators, counter intuitive. Fridge is working fine and we are enjoying it. Have not put it into full use yet as we are barely moving in to the new home. Purchased a second whirlpool refrigerator for additional space given the counter depth and we are expecting both to last a long time. Purchased the best buy warranties on both refrigerators for peace of mind after reading the mixed reviews on all refrigerators. Luck of the draw on the fabrication of your refrigerator so the warranty is insurance against gremlins or poor workmanship.

I like the refrigerator. It fits the space nicely. It however is kind of loud.

I was looking for a counter depth refrigerator to fit into a cubby of our new home. I was praying that it fir and it did! The original settings would freeze things in the refrigerator. Being counter length it is smaller in depth than most standard refrigerators but wider. i would not recommend this for a large family. Also every 45 minutes or so it makes some loud mechanical noise

Counter depth still has lots of shelf space. Well lit on all shelves. A little noisy at times.

This refrigerator works very well. However we did have to send it back for a replacement because it was extremely noisy. The second one is fine. We’re very happy with it.
