Excellent fridge , can’t go wrong with these. Great space

Perfect size for my new home. Great finish, easy to keep clean.

We got it open box so it had some scratches but it does the job. Saved a grip so we're the for the opportunity.

Good price for this refrigerator was a little smaller than I thought when purchased

We've only had it for a couple weeks, but we're not happy with the shelves. They're supposed to be able to be moved but because of defective manufacturing, we're very limited with where they can be moved. The notches don't line up and the shelves don't always fit, especially on the refrigerator door. The cover over the light in the freezer doesn't line up either.

It is loud i think, also the ice maker gives fits since i bought, 3 months in it quite, service came out and just unplugged fridge and back in and said to watch. Sometimes the arm will stick down but i turn off and back on it fixes it....also it makes ice slow, 2 in the house it barly keeps up, i put on fast ice a lot, i would buy again but not 1st choice

I hate this refrigerator. I thought It would be the same as the kitchenaid I was replacing. It’s NOT! Cheap flimsy this shelves. Crappy plastic light bulb cover in freezer that takes up half the shelf and doest attach. Just sits there taking up freezer space. Cheap plastic door bins. Thank goodness my kitchen bins fit and I can use those but the needed freezer shelf is too big. This freezer is narrower. I can’t believe this piece if crap cost 1900.00. I gave it 2 stars only because so far my milk is VERY cold. It’s only redeeming wuality.

The refrigerator itself is great, however the freezer didn't have the shelves that were supposed to come with it. I'm not sure who to contact about this!

The product is great. Have been using it for the last two months and so far there are no issues. Best Buy rates on this one was the cheapest one. Best but team delivered and install this appliance.

Worst refrigerator. One good thing: keeps food cold and frozen. My grandmother's Ice Box did so also. Tiny shelves can barely fit 10-12" pizza.bbut if you want another self you can order for abit over $200 including tax and shipping. Light bulbs in the $99 range. Produce drawer basically fills up with product needed for a salad for two people: lettuce, red onion, tomato, and. cucumber. Wine bottle has to be in door shelf. Shelves are shallow. Plastic light protector is same as model of 20 years ago: flimsy plastic, easy to jostle and hard to replace, easy to get brittle and over $90 to replace. And then the twice a year air and water filters cough up $100+ twice each year. It is definitely BIG on the outside but tiny on the inside. I do NO T recommend.

I have used this refrigerator over a month. No issues. Good on Storage, filtered ice and water tastes great. Bought at Pacific Sales. I appreciate the ability to subscribe to replacement water and air filters every 6 months -auto fill at a reduced reasonable price with free shipping.

Frig is exactly what we were looking for! Fingerprint stainless steel makes a difference! The built in water dispenser has capability for specific amounts of water example 8 oz or 12 oz. still prefer the side by side refrigerators and this one replaced a drug that was 12 years old

Good refrigerator at a fair price. Nice icemaker and I really like the ounce readout feature as you fill your cup.

Works well, the freezer side is exclent. The ice maker makes plenty of ice for everyday use.

I would give this a 5 star rating but, we had limited space, my husband husband measured and measured the fridge will fit. We got it here and he had to sand down by hand, the cupboard above the fridge because the edges of the fridge was the right height but it was bowed in the middle of the fridge and it made the middle about 1/8 of an inch off.

We really like this refrigerator. We have a standard depth model of this counter-depth unit that we've had for about 15 years without having any issues. I expect this counter-depth unit will also be reliable. BestBuy delivery was excellent.

Whirlpool was recommended to me by two different stores. So far it's working out great. The back lighting is good. I do wish the side shelfs were bigger.
