Beautiful refrigerator works great. Good price, I’m so happy for my choice!

There was very little depth in this frig. However it looks good in our kitchen.

I purchased a floor model at a significant savings and then purchased at the 5 year additional warranty. So far it is working perfectly!

We’re happy with the fridge overall just wish there was more functional space in the freezer.

I am Very Happy with my new Whirlpool Refrigerator. I opted for the Counter Depth model because it fits better in my kitchen than the previous refrigerator that was full size verses Counter Depth.

Bought this model April 2018, worked fine until the ice maker failed to make ice. Called repairman found broken wires at bottom of freezer door. Poor design, new door cost over $1,000. Did not replace not would get this model again since others have the same issues with no help from the manufacturer

Overall, this is a good quality product. However, the ice dispenser is difficult to use. It requires lots of effort to make it work. Also, the unit is missing three shelves, two in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. I have to call whirlpool to inquire about that.

We have a refrigerator that cost more than 3 times what this one cost, and it’s not any better. It doesn’t have the Las test styling, but it’s a very good product, at a good price, that works well and looks good.

Don't buy this unless you are fine without the water and ice working in 3 years. There is a design flaw that Whirlpool refuses to acknowledge with the wiring at the base hinge of the freezer. This wiring is put under stress every time you open the freezer door and will break over time. In my case, it took just 3 years. And now I don't have an ice maker. This is true for all Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, and Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerators.

This is probably the best refrigerator on the market. I did a lot of research before purchasing it, and it didn't let me down. Refrigerator and freezer storage is great as well. It makes my kitchen look a heck of a lot better.

Had the fridge for 2 months now and it has features that is easy to use. Also has a measuring feature for water. its a quiet fridge and keeps its temperature where it needs to be to keep food cold. Highly recommended

Read this before you decide to buy this Whirlpool refrigerator or any Whirlpool refrigerator. We bought a new home in May 2020, and purchased this refrigerator. We installed it and moved in July 2020. By June 2021 (less than 1 year) two of the bins completely failed, with the plastic breaking. And the latch on the ice bucket broke rendering the ice machine useless. I opened a ticket with Whirpool and spoke to their customer care supervisors about my experience and they sent me a link to Repair Clinic to order new parts. They also let me know these parts were only covered for 30 days under their "cosmetic" warranty. They never once apologized for my experience with their product, nor offered any type of support to resolve the issue. So I'm issuing you fair warning, it's a cheap product. The drawers will break. The latches will break. And there's nothing you can do short of paying large sums of money to order replacement parts to stay on top of the maintenance. Find another brand that manufactures a quality product and stands behind it.

Good overall refrigerator. Not enough shelves and no butter compartment. Not impressed with ice/water dispenser.

The fridge has a good amount of space in it for being cabinet depth. Only real problem? It is kind of loud
