So far works everything works great. Delivery was exceptionally good

Fits great in the designated area in the kitchen and has lots of storage spaces in both fridge and freezer for a mix of large and small items. All the kitchen appliances are whirlpool and this completes the set.

Love this fridge overall. The ice maker is a bit noisy and slow but otherwise perfect!

Seems like a good fridge so far but you don't really know for a few years. Out of the box it keeps things cold, is counter depth, has in door water and ice, easy to clean. So far so good.

Good overall refrigerator, water dispenser is a bit slow.

This is my 3rd Whirlpool refrigerator. Among counterdepth refrigerators, this one provides higher storage capacity.

As received there are two locations in the freezer that don’t have shelves.

The purchase experience was great once we found an employee to help! Only complaint I believe the freezer is missing a shelf. I reached out to whirlpool few wks back and no response!

We ended up returning this Whirlpool fridge after3days of use. Right off the bat the delivery man plugged it in and I instantly noticed how loud it was. We have an eat in kitchen and I was not about to listen to that for the next 7-10years. I say 7-10years because our previous fridge only lasted about that long. The other huge issue was shelving. I didnt notice it at the store but upon setting it up I hated the amount of shelves they provided in both freezer and fridge and how cheap and flimsy the shevling was and the wasted space used up by the indoor ice maker on freezer side. We ended up retunring this Fridge we went with a GE and we are much happier with the everything. It is quiet. great shelving options, and durable as well. Note: our appliance repair man recommended either Whirlpool or GE as they were the least repaired in his field in this price range. We bought the whirlpool first because we thought it was a better fridge based on the price but actually the GE was just having a crazy good sale and we did not notice that. The GE fridge was actually more money than the Whirlpool and I can see why. We just happened to get a great deal on it. Go with the GE

This is a good fridge and the counter depth was the smallest one we could find without going for a custom fridge. Great for our two person family but if you have a bigger family it might be difficult to find space.

This would’ve received a better rating except the fact two guys that delivered it literally tore up my walls and broke the lighting fixture during the delivery however Best Buy did compensate for the damage to my walls but also the refrigerator I do like the refrigerator.

So far so good. The ice machine is extremely loud but it works.

This works great and is easy to operate but I wish it offered a little more space.

Previous refrigerator was a French Door with freezer below. Hated the freezer because it was impossible to organize. This side by side is great. With the same amount of food in it as in the previous one it still has loads more room.

Love this fridge for my small kitchen. Unfortunately I’ve since moved and have a brand new fridge in my new apt so will be selling this one after just a year and a half of usage!

Great price and haven’t had any issues. Highly recommended this product. Look great and easy to clean

We like the refrigerator so far, only downfall is it’s noisy.
