The filters that show you when they have expired are amazing! It's lightweight and easy to move. I like the size of the ice cubes as well.

Promised a replacement and pickup of the damaged refrigerator. Paid my money in good faith. The new refrigerator was never delivered. Appointment after appointment canceled. Refunds promised. I finally had to purchase another refrigerator from a different company. Almost a month later still nothing. No pickup of the damaged refrigerator and no refund. I was told it was a problem within their system. Many apologies from Customer Service representatives, but still no refund. I have been a Best Buy customer for decades. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to actually help me. I can’t give a positive rating for the refrigerator because I was never able to get a working one delivered.

Just comes off as being cheap.
